Twitter 101 is an introductory guide to Twitter released by Twitter themselves. It explains some of the key Twitter jargons like hashtags, @replies, etc.
Besides being made available on the website it is available in 2 additional formats – as a 14-page PDF slide deck, and a printable version (also in PDF format).
The web version also includes some interesting case studies. Some of them being Dell Outlet and Jet Blue.
The Twitter Traffic Blueprint is a free eBook that provides you with all the necessary information to get you started with Twitter. It also provides you with a list of useful tools that you can use.
